ok well today i put the old carb on cause it seemed like air was going right through the carb
well it did the same thing
still has no compression i have plugged the hole that goes to the carb from the motor to see if it would have any compression and still no compression
any can help
and it still seaping a little oil from the gear shifter

you probably need to replace your piston rings or piston, if its a 2 stroke you may have melted the piston and if it is a 4 stroke you may have a valve sticking open. i would pull the head off and check valves, gaskets and piston.
Take it to a mechanic.Your obviously clueless if you think there should be compression between the carb and the cylinders.
Does it have a compression relief valve to ease the kick start? If so, it may be stuck open.
You have internal problems with your engine. I suggest you take it to a shop. You should get the oil leak fixed at the same time.
