I live in CA. I have submitted FL-100 and served my wife all the document need.

I got the FL-115-Proof of Service back and submit it along with FL-141-Proof of Declaration.

However, I forgot to make a copy of them (i know im stupid :( ). I'm in the process of filing FL-165-Request to Enter Default.

What should I do to request a copy of those forms ?

or any other suggestion ?
