There are many levels of connection, but I feel connected to everything around me. I hear the wind blow and I feel connected. I see a bird flying in the sky and I feel connected. I meet people and I feel connected.
Connection is about embracing something or someone with your whole being. Like reaching out with a loving heart and giving it/them a big hug. You then feel an instant connection occuring within yourself.
That is the best way to connect to everything, whether it be other people, God, nature. A loving heart brings you an instant connection to everything.
We are connected, as family, to all living organisms on earth. We all share a great great grandparent somewhere down the line. From the lion to the lemon tree, we're all family. Quite a beautiful thing, really.
Connection to others begins with feeling comfortable in your own skin...it's recognizing your own place in the world, accepting and appreciating that place...then, as you look out at the world, you may see things you can relate to, and so feel more connected...good luck to you...
Breathing in, I know I'm breathing in. Breathing out, I know I'm breathing out. The abdomen rises. The abdomen falls. Thoughts roll by like dust clouds in your vastness.
Once the dust settles, you'll find you have never been disconnected.

Breathing in, I know I'm breathing in. Breathing out, I know I'm breathing out. The abdomen rises. The abdomen falls. Thoughts roll by like dust clouds in your vastness.
Once the dust settles, you'll find you have never been disconnected.
