Zoi - First Direct is an Internet Bank, they dont have any branches.

To deposit into First Direct use HSBC Bank - they own First Direct. I am A FD customer and do this all the time - their deposit slips say HSBC/First Direct at the top and you just cross out the HSBC bit!

I think like most banks there is no longer a branch specific number, but an 0845 local number which will direct you to a call centre in India somewhere.

First Direct do not have branches - all banking with them is done via the telephone and Internet. If you want to make a withdrawal then use a cash dispenser. If you don't have a cash dispenser card then I suggest you contact them.
