Trendy: Brooklyn, Madison, Isabella (bella), Rileagh (and all the various spellings), Kayleigh, Jayden, Cadence, etc
Uncommon (today anyway, not in past times): Leopold, Dennis, Lucy, Reginald, Geoffrey, Marcy, Lorraine, Lucian, Eamon, Daphne, etc
or even made up names: Jandrice, Cord, Sha'Niqua, Riland, etc
Update:oh, yeah, addison is now a very trendy girl's name

Classic but not overused: my children are called Hugo and Alexandra.
I would want a common name. I have a name that is fairly uncommon. It's way down on the ss names list for my year and hasn't been on the list at all in like 10 years. there are also a million ways to spell it and although mine is the most common spelling it's still annoying. I hated as a kid going to the personalized plaques, pencils, stickers and other things they sell with kids names on it and never finding my name. I would get very upset about it. I felt like some sort of weirdo because my name was never on anything. I also didn't meet someone with the same name till I was 12. So my kids will have a name that is fairly common.
Some modern names are ok but I hate made up names. they are the pits.
I prefer traditional names like Thomas, David, Stephen with a PH not a V, and some very old fashioned names like Harvey, Oscar, Harry, Reggie. I'm quite into Zack for a boy at the moment though. I chop and change.
For girls I like Laura, Imogen, Lisa, Olivia, Matilda, Scarlet.
Made up names are awful & should be banned.
the ones that you have listed i like all then on the Trendy. I don't really like the uncommon names. or the made up ones either.... So i guess that means i'm more for Trendy names....:)
I absolutely hate trendy, cutesy names. I prefer uncommon and classic like:
Vada, Laurel, Violet, Audra, Victor, Regina, Lorraine.
I prefer trendy names and uncommon. My son's name is Victor. My son's name is uncommon. You don't see a lot of toddlers named Victor except my son. If my husband and I have another child I'm thinking about doing a more trendy name such as Isabella.
I really do not like any of the names you have

I like hippie nature kinda names.
Neither the trendy nor uncommons you have listed.
Although I love the name Lucian.
I like an inbetween name, a name that is not unheard of but not top of the list names, I like Tristan Riley for a boy & Lillian Alaina for a girl. Other names I like for girls are Annabelle/Annabella, Tatum, Chloe. Other names for boys Austen, Noah, Giovanni.
I lean towards trendy, like Isabella and Riley, but I do like some uncommon names, like Penelope, Juliette, Dean, and Grant. I hate made up spellings and names, though. Hate them.
I don't know. I think I like a mix of all of it: Trendy, Uncommon, and also classic.
My choices for girls are
Maddyn Marie
Emersyn Kate
Evalyn Brooke
Addisyn Jane
Aubrey Hope
Harper Kate
Reese
I really like different first names whether they are trendy, made up, or uncommon (evalyn is uncommon today, but i changed the spelling of the older name Evelyn, and would probably call her Evy) And I really like classic names for middle names. You can tell my favorites--Kate, Jane, and Marie
My choices for boys are...
Bodi Lucas
Ryder Robert
Slater Kelly
Noah James
Jagger Charles
Cruz Robert
Rowan Lucas
Maddox James
Cooper James
Same applies to the boys. I like different names for the first names whether they are trendy, made up, or uncommon. But I like more classic names for middle names. (kelly is my father's name, robert and charles are grandfather names. James and Lucas are two names that I love) (slater is not from saved by the bell...i just really like the name)
