I am incredibly stressed out about school and college and I just need something to take my mind of things.
Is there anything that I can do for 1-2 hours a week that will lower my stress levels? I can't think of anything! I'm looking for something that is preferably long-term.
I am very busy and I do cello, piano, tennis and volunteering already. Unfortunately, I can't do any more sports because of my asthma. Thanks, I really appreciate your help! Any ideas are welcome :)
