Expiration happens when majority of the good is already degraded by bacterial action or simply by entropy in time. Since orange juice is an organic substance, bacteria may act on it, feeding on it. When bacteria have feed on majority of the juice, it is pronounced expired. When too long a time has alread taken place, the more unstabe molecules in the juice will have degraded and you are left with what may harm you, or at the very least, not what you want. If it is not turned into a jam by addition of great ammounts of sweeteners, juice will expire..
It rather means it can be tainted and you can get poisoned. Not sure what is this concentrate juice..But I doubt it can be usefull at all. Better to eat a natural orange.
The only thing that does not expire is honey. Everything else does. Honey will merely crystallize, just add a little water and blend it in really good, and it's just as good as it was 50 years ago.
