Based on the hp pavilion website, the current dvd combo drive in your "stock" desktop does not support blu-ray. if you want, you could buy an internal blu-ray players and have a professional install it or do it yourself. Saves the money of buying a whole new computer. Just make sure when its all plugged in you get the right drivers and programs to run it.
If you need some suggestions for places to buy, try BestBuy.
Newegg.com is also great, good, cheap, and great service.

Good Luck!
It comes with a standard DVD/CD drive. In order to burn Blu-ray discs you will need to buy an additional Blu-ray drive to do so.
You'll have to buy a Blue-Ray burner (aka ReWriter) drive.
Can be internal or external.
