in the box, powder has no shelf life. if you make it, it will start to dry up in the fridge. in about a week it will start to shrink
if you are talking about the powder before its made, it doesn't expire, as long as its sealed up. I have had mold on jello that i made, after being in the fridge for who knows how long. i would call that expired. :) the powder cant go bad.
