does it actually work? my mom has been having back pains for a while and she wants to purchase this equipment but i dont know if it's worth the money. has anybody tried this product and does it actually work? thank you.

I don't know how it could work. Back pains are caused by pinched muscles in the back, they hurt like heck and almost everybody does something to pick them up fairly easily. To get rid of that back pain all she has to do is release the pinched muscles and it's gone. To release them she has to release the muscles in her back and here's how to do that:

Back:

(do from a sitting position)

Place your left hand on your left leg next to your body. Place your right hand over your left shoulder, fingers over the back and the palm in the front and firmly press on them and hold. After 30 seconds slowly lower your body forward and to the outside of your left leg, keeping your left arm fairly straight as you do. When you reach your lap remain there for another 10 seconds, release the pressure but rest there for another 30 seconds. Then reverse your hand positions and do your right side.

For best results relax the body first by taking a deep breath and exhaling then remain this relaxed.

I purchased my belt several years ago. I experienced relief when I first put it on. I mean immediately. I have 'bulging' disks at L4 and L5. I was amazed at the relief AND how quick I felt it. I have used the belt, off and on, since I bought it and find that usually after a few hours I can function without it and have no (or little) pain and discomfort.
