I have an dell dimension 4700 pc, with 1.5 gbs of ram, and a intel pentium 4 processor. I was wondering if I could make a hackintosh with this build, and I am not pirating anything. I would install the Snow Leopard OS from the original disc that I would get on the apple store website. I would get a dvd burner capable of burning and reading dual layered discs, so it could read the dual layered cd. I have dual layered cds. I know how to install the OS. I also have an external hard drive that connects through usb if I need it. And if you know how to, please tell me how to get into the BIOS settings. Thanks!
Update:Thanks and I am probably getting a new processor and more ram.

It may work. It will take a customized OSX to accept the Pentium 4 processor (since no Macs were ever made with one)
To get into the BIOS right when the Dell Globe pops up hit either ESC or DELETE multiple times (I forgot which, its one of the two)
perhaps. it may just take a little time to get it going. but my concern would be will it run smothly. if you can upgrade ram
maybe possible
