my mom wants me to cook dinner and she left me and pork chops to do sumtin with it. Any suggestions, Im only 16 and i dont gota clue on how to cook these things........!

Shiner Blonde Grilled Pork Chops
Shiner Blonde Grilled Pork Chops
Ingredients:
•4 Bone-in Pork Chops, ¾ Inch Thick
•1 Cup Shiner Blonde Beer
•¼ Cup Soy Sauce
•2 Teaspoons Ginger Root, Grated
•2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
Directions:
This is a very simple, yet delicious recipe. Merely place your chops in a large zip lock bag. Mix in all of the remaining ingredients and seal the bag. Turn bag several times andgently massage your bag so as to mix and evenly distribute all the marinade ingredients, coating the meat thoroughly.
Place in refrigerator for 3 hours or as long as overnight.Remove chops from marinade and discard remainder of the marinade.
Cook over direct, medium fire and grill for 10 minutes. You should only turn the chops once. Enjoy!!
If this were me...I would look for a package of Stove Top Stuffing Mix. I would mix up the stuffing per the instructions and set aside. I would then rinse off the chops and set on paper towels to dry. You can dip the pork chops in a little bit of milk, then into dried bread crumbs and fry in a little oil to seal the chops or you can place the Stuffing Mix in a baking casserole dish, and lay the pork chops on top of the stuffing and bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes. I would cover the dish for the first 30 minutes then remove the cover so the tops can get lightly browned.
You can also, just lightly season the chops with salt and pepper after laying them on the stuffing.
All you need then is a veggie, and maybe a green salad, and dinner is done.

I'd batter them, fry them in oil to brown the batter. Place on bakign sheet, bake at 350 for abut 30 minutes to cook through. Internal temp should reach at least 160.
For batter you can use a mix of flour and bread crumbs, or just flour w/ salt and pepper. You can crush up your favorite crackers or chips and use those as a breading. Remember to dip you chop in egg before the batter to help the batter stick.
