im looking for some real easy quick and yummy hamburger recipes. something that i can just throw in the oven. if you could share your recipes with me i would appreciate it. thank you also if some if the ingredients can be substituted please include that,how long its going to take, temps, and measurements. thanks

Just get some minced meat and weigh it into the weight you want 4 oz is normal squeeze it into a ball then flatten. You can make several at a time.
put in a pan with oil brown on both sides and then if you don't want to eat them straight away put them on to an oven proof dish and add your favourite gravy. Cover with tin foil and place in a medium heat oven for 20-30 minutes. The oven temperature should be 350f or 180c. But three minutes in the microwave leave for one minute then another two minutes will do the same job. DONT use foil in the microwave though, use cling film and stab it all over to let out the steam. 00

You can make this in a skillet doesnt have to be a crock pot. Pizza Joes 2 lb hamburger 1 cup chopped onion 1/2 cup chopped green peppers 28 oz jar pizza sauce 3.5 oz pkg sliced pepperoni, chopped 1 tsp basil leaves 1/2 tsp oregano leaves ( or sub. italian seasoning) 18 sandwich buns, split 8 ounces shredded Mozzarella cheese In 12 in. skillet, brown hamburger and onion Drain Spray cooker Sppon meat mixture into crock Add green pepper. pizza suace,pepperoni,, and seasonings Cover, cook on low for 4-6 hours Spoon 1/3 cup of mixture on bottom of buns Top each 2 tbsp of cheese Cover with top bun
CHILI
1 pound ground beef/turkey
1 package of chili seasonings
1 can creamy red beans
1 can rotel or chili tomatoes
1 small can tomato sauce
1 can beef broth
1 large onion –chopped
1 bell pepper-chopped
3 cloves garlic-chopped (or 1 teaspoon out of jar)
Lightly brown meat and season with salt and pepper or Tony’s
Place in crock pot
sauté onions, bell pepper and garlic lightly and add to crock pot
Add in all other ingredients and cook on low for 6-8 hours
or on high for about 3-4

You need: 6 oz uncooked pasta like penne, spirals, macaroni
1 lb ground beef
1 medium chopped onion
1 can (14.5oz) french style green beans , drained.
1 can (14.5oz) can diced tomatoes
Cook pasta according to the package instructions, drain well.
Brown beef and onion in skillet while the pasta is cooking. Add beans and whole can of diced tomatoes, mix well. Add pasta and heat through. Season to taste with salt and pepper. ( I like to add a touch of garlic powder to mine). Top off with some Parmesan cheese if you like.
