Theres the Hampton Roads Electrical Apprenticeship & Training in Hampton they dont have a website and Im not familiar with them but I'd recommend looking into doing it through a Union, its higher pay, better benefits and the apprenticeships are usually a lot better, the IBEW (International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers) Local 1340 covers a lot of that area, they're based out of Newport News, their website is http://www.ibew1340.com/ and IBEW Local 666 covers the Richmond area and some surrounding counties, their website is http://www.ibewlocal666.com/ and IBEW Local 80 is in Chesapeake and cover Norfolk, Tidewater, VA Beach and parts of NC, their site is http://www.jatc80.com/
