Elliptical trainers.....!?
Do all elliptical trainers work the same?
Like the stride.. Are all strides on Ellipticals go the same length and hight? I'm 13, I want to lose 30 pounds and I like this elliptical: http://www.walmart.com/catalog/product.do?product_...
But i'm not sure if its gonna help me lose the weight?

The most important thing is that you find one that you like. Otherwise you won't do the work that you need to do. Every brand is different, it is like finding a shoe that fits just right. I dont know much about this particular elliptical, but it seems to be a great way for you to start. Best of luck to you in reaching your fitness goals.
