Emergency loan needed Q&A please?
Ok I need help. I made my decision to leave this state and open my childcare center but the biggest problem is a loan. I looked into many loans but still don't know where to get one. Opening the center will be easy and I already have a nice location to look into but I need a loan to buy the supplies and materials and first payment for the property. After that I can pay back the loan and take care of anything else. Is there a legitimate place that will give me a loan like signature loan or something? Banks want you to have a account with them for about a year or two before doing loans. So any companies that will help me?

The reason does not matter. Your qualification for the loan will hinge on your credit rating and income...or assets to back the loan. If you have bad credit, you won't qualify.
The only real legit short term emergency loans, to the extent one can stay that, are payday loans. They only lend small amounts like $300 for short terms of 2 weeks.
- In strange way, having bad credit can sometimes be a blessing in disguise as it stops you from getting way over your head in debt that you can't handle...or making potentially risky business movies.
It is unlikely that any bank will give you a business loan. Do you have anything that you might put up as collateral, like a paid-off car, for a secured loan?
You need some investors. Might you be able to find friends or neighbors willing to loan you the money for, say three months, with an offer from you of a nice interest rate, say 10%?
