i got my nose pierced in february and they put in a screw nose ring it was impossible to take out so in july a friend of mine got pliers and straightened it and pulled it out. now i have a nose ring with a ball on the inside and it was easy to go threw but i guess the skin is used to the small part and not the ball cuz it won't come out now. my brother is diabetic so he has emla cream if i put emla cream on my nose will it work? and if it goes inside my nose ring whole is that bad? its not suppose to be in open wounds i read but i don't know. its too painful to take out.

I would go to your piercer instead of continuing to do this on your own. You could cause damage to your piercing by tugging and putting creams on it. I'm sure your piercer would be happy to change the jewelry for you free of charge. :)
Elma cream will kill most of the pain, but your problem is something your piercer should be informed about. Elma cream is still prohibited here in the states, but people still bring it in. You are also supposed to use gloves and barrier film while using it.
