One important thing to note, the header in the filter must match the header in your email list. So if your email list doesn't have a header, you will need to add one.

eg.

Email Address

-- List of email addressses

The filters that you could use would be

[b1] Email Address

[b2] *@yahoo.com

[c1] Email Address

[c2] *@gmail.com

[d1] Email Address

[d2] *@hotmail.com

You can use the Filter option, with conditions as "Contains" gmail/yahoo/Hotmail or else condition can be "ends with" gmail.com/yahoo.com etc
