how much exercise in a day do i need?
I'm a 16 year old girl who is a bit overweight. I just have a treadmill at home though- the manual one. And im a bit lazy.

you should go walking, jogging, do stuff like that, and eat healthy of course!
If you have a treadmill and home, use it!
Do 30 minutes of yoga. 30-40 minutes on treadmill. And 25-100 crunches throughout the day.
