I would advice you to go for a skin care treatment(beauty centre). Use the right type of skin care product that suits your skin. Drink more water, don't eat oily fried food, eat lots of fruits, vegetables and high fibre food. Have enough sleep and take supplyment(Vitamins A C E). Exercise. Always keep your face and hands clean all the time :)

I suffered from acne most of my life. When I was in middle school, I started breaking out. I had acne during puberty and early adulthood. The dermatologist could not do much to curtail my situation. I finally went to the health food store and bought two things. It is a product called, "accuzyme". You take one or two tablets daily and use the soap that is made by the same company. If you have sulfa allergies, DO NOT TRY, because the main ingredient is Sulfa.

I am living proof that this works and no longer suffer from acne and the horrible stigma that goes with it.

Use Cetaphil face wash two-three times daily, and also pick up some topical acne gel. I found that aveeno acne treatment cream works the best.

Use proactiv, I use proactiv and it really works for me, but before I put the repairing lotion on I put aloe vera straight from the plant on my face, I wait for it to dry then I use the lotion

A dermatologist and also try a little toothpaste and or try Clean &Clear.
