i like to make an asprin scrub take two uncoted asprins and add two teaspoons of water to it. then the asprine crumbles, you apply it to your face, when the crumbs start to fall off about 10 min later, rinse off with warm water. this will be gentle, reduce oil, and is AMAZING for acne. trust me (:
I just recently made an oatmeal-honey mask.
But, it ended up being more of a scrub, but nevertheless, it worked fairly well.
All you do is make regular oatmeal, mix in some honey and apply to your face, scrubbing it in a circular motion.
Once its on your face and is well spread out, you can leave it on there for about 10-15 min.
It feels like your skin is tightening up, but feels really nice.
Wash off with warm water, and waaalaaa!
Also, an aspirin mask works well too. (It can also be used as spot treatment)
Smash up a non-coated aspirin and gradually add enough water so it feels like a paste, apply, and leave on for 10-15min or overnight.
Another mask/spot treatment is baking soda.
Mix it with water until a paste, leave on 10-15min or overnight.
Try out MeritVCO extracted from coconut milk its natural oil for skin care I have been using the oil for about two weeks. My skin looks great, no more dryness. My hair looks great, soft and shiny, no more frizz. And my scalp is no longer dry. Also, my eyelashes have grown longer and thicker! This is a plus I did not expect. I now make an effort to apply a bit of oil with a clean mascara brush each morning/night. My mom used MeritVCO exclusively as a sunscreen. she had no burns and her tan is even and golden. I am somewhat fair-skinned.
