Fafsa : financial aid question?
okay they are asking me about my parent 2016 returns but my mom was unemployed that year and obviously didn t file for taxes so what should i put. i already out not going to file but then it ask how much she earned from working (wages,salaries,tips). should i just put zero?

If your mother did not work at all during 2016, enter 0 for the question that asks how much she earned from working. However, if she did work enter the amount that she earned, even if she didn't earn enough to be required to file a tax return.
