i am 17 actually am 70 kg weight ... i don't look that fat cuz am kinda muscular you know ...but i wanna lose fats so i can reach 50kgs in at least 3 weeks ( N.B : i train basketball every thursday , friday , tuesday )...what should i do ? exercises , diets ? what ?
