Financial Aid Reimbursement?
I live in NYC. I already got accepted to my college and I am officially a Freshman. I got enough grant money that exceeded the cost of my semester.
Here is my question: What happens to that extra money? Do they fork it over to me? And how long does this take?

Depends on your college's policy. My school gives financial aid disbursements about 6 weeks into the semester.
yes, you will get a refund, each school sets its own time line... they do have to have all refunds made with in 60 days of the begin of the semester/quarter (this is a federal guide line)
