I've just noticed something recently, that the flesh under behind my left nipple is really firm and doesn't feel like usual muscle, may sound odd but i cant roll the flesh with my fingers because its a firm lump, that's how i came across it and when you pinch the flesh its firm and nothing like the flesh on my right pec. So any advice on what this is or hopefully is not?
