Be interesting to so many muscles, but in the world of bodybuilding there are mostly myths and legends, spread through oral tradition. Who comes to bodybuilding, then you feel very confused.
With Body Building in this article then follow the advice of the University of Michigan about strength training and the consequent increase in muscle mass.
First, do not need to train for hours every day. If you use weights just do short sessions, between 20-60 minutes, but fair and with the right intensity, from 2 to 3 times a week.
The muscles, which are all the same, they work very hard when you lift weights, and therefore in addition to need time to recover should not go into overtraining, otherwise you can not grow.
The overtraining can take with them very negative consequences, such as reduced physical capacity, fatigue, insomnia, etc..
For each exercise must be done between 6 and 12 repetitions, for a total of up to 3 sets of exercise, and 5 sets per muscle.
You do not have to train all the muscles in one day, but divide them in the course of a week. It 'still important to train all body parts evenly and symmetrically.
Between you and the other a series of long pauses, to 3 minutes, because the muscles need time to recover before you even make an effort.
The exercises must be done correctly and with the utmost concentration of mind.
Finally, if you really want to put on muscle mass you must eat properly. No matter whether you are vegetarian, carnivores, eaters of fish. The important thing is to give the right muscles, and I stress right amount of nutrients to compensate for new training and then to grow .... all I know ..; /
