French to English translation please!?
I've done an online translation but it doesn't make sense. Can someone who speaks both languages help please! Its important you understand it fully if you translate please as its part of a contract (to be an au pair/live-in nanny in another country). Please keep in mind I don't have accents on my computer!
"Le present accord devrait etre conclu de preference avant que la personne au pair n'ait quitte le pays ou elle residait et au plus tard durant la premiere semaine de l'accueil."

Don Adirano is good, except I'd translate "durant la première semaine de l'accueil" as
...during the first week she starts her job.
(As her arrival in the country may not coincide with moving in with her host family.)
