i have poofy, frizzy n thick hair-i wanted to know if there is a way to get rid of the frizz without using gel or a flat iron( if there is a way) or any way(s) to get rid of the frizz PLEASE!!!
I use a leave in conditioner in addition to non-frizz shampoo and conditioners, aveda is my favorite. It feels lighter than any of the OTC stuff I have tried. I have tried many!
The shampoo and conditioner, I use - John Freida frizz control.
First: Purchase a mild Shampoo (To Clarify hair, I will explain why)
Second: TRIM your hair ends (May 1 1/2 to 2 inches)
Third: Here's the magic part: Mix olive oil, almond oil, coconut oil, avocado oil and a "little" honey, (honey u will have to heat so it can blend). Either leave on ALL day or all night (if all nite, DONT use honey)
Use a teaspoon of every oil and honey,.... a little more if ur hair is long or a little less if ur hair is short
Repeat this 3-4 times a week, your hair will grow like a weed, fortify, reconstruct, moisturize, soften & remove all frizz I promise,..... and it will be super shiny!!!!
The clairifying shampoo will help take the oil off your hair when u shower
You can also use a conditioner but get a light conditioner that wont wiegh ur hair down, becuz u can over condition, I use herbl essences "clean happy" conditioner.
When I do this at nite, I wake up, shampoo & condition, rinse and style as usual. Has worked for years
You can find olive oil anywere, but the other oils you will have to buy at a local organics store, wholes foods or BJ's health corner.
Frizz happens when your hair is thirsty for moisture. Try a deep-conditioner and after styling, use a shine-enhancing spray that will also reduce frizz.
Also, after a shower, don't rub your head with a towel -- it musses up your hair. Instead grab individual sections and sqeeze out the moisture with your hands.
After a shower use a bit of argan oil on your hair and it'll make it really soft and shiny, helps a lot with frizz too. I use the argan oil from the Pro Natural's brand, if you want a good quality one. Don't get cheapo argan oil, those aren't the real deal
I incredibly have been utilizing a hair straightener because of the fact that i exchange into 14, i'm now very practically 25. in case you save it at a extreme placing and do it each and on a daily basis, it is going to kill your hair. in case you utilize one, you go with a stable conditioner and warmth serums which will style of help guard the hair. They do have hair straightners that have incredibly low settings for those with skinny hair. i take advantage of BedHead which has warmth settings from one hundred-425 stages. clarify on your mothers and fathers that retaining it at a low placing will harm your hair decrease than a much better placing. in the event that they nevertheless dont enable you to get one, attempt hair creams that help straighten your hair. in case you place one on mutually as your hair is moist and blow dry it with a around brush, you will see consequences. I additionally use a shine de-frizzer which enables with the frizzyness, making it look a sprint straighter.
