Well,
I am 47. I had times when I would get 2 periods per month....or I would not get one for three months. Like u I panicked. The doctor told me if I did not get one in 6 months to see him.
I guess what I'm saying is that it is normal. All kinds of things can affect our bodies, stress, especially if u just got off of growth hormones a few weeks ago. Your body is probably adjusting.
Don't worry. That would be my advice.
some people's periods just aren't regulated naturally by their bodies. Sometimes this is just when a person first gets their period, and some women have problems with this for the rest of their life. The good news is there is nothing wrong with you, your cycle is just a little off and your body is having trouble regulating it. Birth control works well to regulate your period! talk to your doctor about going on it to help you out!
sometimes that is common within like the first 3 years of having your period. the doctors say that it takes 3 years to get your body on a regular cycle. i know myself i used to have my period every other week. if it continues you should tell your parent and have them schedule an appointment with the doctor though.
Go to the doctor just to make sure. I had my period for only 2 days.
i had this issue when i was younger also.
it just a because your hormones are adjusting to your body.
i don't know if you can do anything about it except take birth control to regulate your periods. (what my doctor recommended)
BUT i would think that you are too young to be on birth control.
i think it it normal but if you are really worried about it. go see your doctor.
The best thing to do is talk to your doctor. It's very rarely anything serious, your cycle can be affected by stress, diet, etc, but he or she will talk you through it and explain what's going on.
Some times periods change or act funny... Yours might be just changing. But you shouldent worry about anything it's natural!
hmm....maybe you should go to the doctor? but i know someone who has had her period for 2 weeks too. and she turned out to be okay. but just to be safe...
youre still young and developing everything so your period could just be irregular.
How bout u go tell yer mom and then am sure yer mom will take u to the doc...its not like the doc can refuse to see u...so just to be sure mention it to yer mom and get it cheked out...
this happened with one of my friends but hers lasted a whole month! she visited her doctor and surprisingly its not uncommon. i would call a doctor before rushing in for a visit. Most likely they will tell you to wait it out. i wouldn't worry about it.
