I suggest doing a pose like you are literally "looking under the bed." Not joking- get down on your knees (feet under your butt) then bend forward with your hands under your chin and your butt in the air. Get to a comfortable enough position for you- this is supposed to help stretch it out. Helped me a lot!
on the nest college dance, kinda shop tabs on him and wait till he's on my own. then, pull him to the element telling him "omg i elect ur help" or some thing to that result. of direction he might say no if ur acquaintances jokingly requested him out 4 u, by way of fact he doesnt be attentive to in case you rather fancy him or no longer. And if he mentioned particular and u didnt somewhat fancy him, he might seem stupid ???sturdy success!!???

Try walking around, and doing stretches to stretch the cramp out. Works for me.
excercising is the best thing you can do, i had them when i was at my aunties house once and just had to cope with it,there not that bad...they'll go!
