I'm not sure if there are any websites are as good. I know it's hard to get feedback on there unless you're one of the "popular" ones. I've gotten some good results from the Thumbshare forum though. It takes a few times, but I've gained a few more watchers and have gotten more feedback in the past few months. The best thing to do, I've found, is to post a thread offering to comment on others' work and give them the option of commenting on yours. The best way to get feedback is to give to others and get more into the whole community. Even browsing through other's work and commenting helps. Good luck. :)

F**K deviantart. I just got banned by those f**kers. They censor anything when a fat ugly c*nt decides to flag something they find offensive and yet the deviantart admin don't have the guts to ban ugly faces like this:
