I am a 13 year old girl. I weigh 194 pounds and I am VERY UNCOMFORTABLE with my weight. Today my so called friend said I was getting big..and I know I am. Truth is I play sports and I'm very active but It seems like I am NOT losing weight at ALL. I would like some tips on good exercises to do to lose wight. I am aiming to be about 110-120 lbs so please help.I'll be 14 in October. ThNks

Sit up running the bicycle move push ups eat a little less junk food of u have and ipod or a device that can get apps get the free app called lose it!
