Good exercises?!?!?!?

Does anyone know of any good exercises to loose the butt and thighs?! Maybe a little stomach, mainly butt and thighs though! Thanks.... :]

Update:

OMG. I dance two nights a week, an hour each night. Thursday's and Friday's. I have done it for two years now, and no difference?!
