I hate the Minnesota "No Fault" Law. Because Clearly, it was the other persons' fault. I just came home from a car crash. I'm very shaken up. Plus, we can't afford to pay for a car being ruined. We were going down the street when a lady went through a red light a smashed into us. My daughter and her friend were in the car too, luckily not in the front seat. The girls only have a strained necks, but i have a hurt shoulder. What can I do?
Update:Sorry I didn't put this on here before, but I have insurance.

Call your insurance broker. No fault is about insurance only. The insurance companies fight it out between themselves. The whole idea behind no fault is to stop frivolous law suits that wind up costing all of us in higher premiums. If you don't have insurance then shame on you, you are S.O.L.
If you are correct and it is the other driver's fault then you won't have to pay the deductible and there is no strike against you on your insurance.
The MN no-fault law has nothing to do with this. No-fault in most states refers to injuries only. Someone is ALWAYS at fault. Did you call your insurance company? If not, do so - now.
The no-fault provision is for bodily injury. Subject to a threshold, your insurance should cover it.
Damage repair for the car is still subject to fault.
Consult a lawyer.
