GTX 860M or GTX 765M?

1. in a choice on mobile gaming graphics cards, which is actually better?

NVIDIA GeForce GTX 765M or the NVIDIA GeForce GTX 860m?

2. Also i heard there are 2 different 860m card. one based on kepler and the other on maxwell. witch one is better between those 2?

I am fairly new to mobile gaming and on a budget only allowing for pretty much these cards.

The 860M is better than the 765M because well, the number is bigger is the dumb dumb answer. But the 860 does have a better speed and graphics quality than the 765M.

Kepler: 1152-core GPU and clocked at 797MHz

Maxwell: Around a 640-core GPU clocked at 1029MHz

There is not really a "better" choice, you just have to decide rather you would like a good core or a good clock speed. Either one is sure to get you playing games a good fps rate.

BF4: Around 40-70

COD Ghosts: Around 30-65

Minecraft: Around 300

Crysis 3: Around 30

Forgive me if I'm wrong, but the 860m is the latest model of the 760m basically. The 765m is an update of an equivalent 600m-series GPU (don't think they had a 665m). The 860m is theoretically a new version of a 700-series card. The 765-m is a higher-tier but older-gen 600-series card. So, they should be about equal, like Firemade said. It's really up to you, especially price-wise.
