ok i'm experiencing some hair loss that is unusual. quick info: early 20's, male, black colored hair. anyways, the hair on my temples is thinning a lot and my sideburns are almost gone. everything else seems fine for the most part but i am still losing hair all over my head. my question was concerning the hair that is falling out, and whether its just shedding or if its permanent. the crown and sides of my head are losing hair but they have a white bulb on the tip. what does that indicate?...the hair i'm losing from my sideburns doesnt have this white bulb. it has like a curvy black bulb. i'm guessing theres a difference between these 2 types of hair that is falling out. can anyone explain it?

I wish you're now not making use of any shampoo in any respect. Stopping using shampoo reduces hair fall by way of approximately 30-forty%. I do not know in which you're from, however in India there are targeted powders like soapnut powder, shikakai powder, neem powder and amla powder. If you combine those to make a paste, practice it for your head and go away it on for part an hour earlier than bathing, it'll definitely support you. You can use the powder to clean your hair day-to-day too - and go away it on for part hour two times every week. Also, practice one million/two tsp oil (coconut or brahmi) day-to-day and wash your hair Everyday. Taking a head bathtub day-to-day reduces hairfall significantly.
