i have a 2008 toyota yaris are HD radios compatible with this car its the 4 door model and the radio is different then most do i replace the old radio or what i dont know
HD radio doesn't depend on the car. Any CD receiver with this feature that fits your deck opening will work. Use the outfit my car feature at www.crutchfield.com to see what your radio size is. However, HD radio is still fairly new and has some bugs. I'd wait a year or two before investing in it.
HD radios do not care what kind of car you have. Go to www.crutchfield.com and select your car make, model, and year, and the site will show you only radios that will fit your vehicle. Select just the HD models.
You don't have to order from them, but I recommend it, as they include any parts/wiring adapters you need. If you aren't comfortable installing it, take it to a private audio sound place (not something like Circuit City) and pay them to do the install.
sure it is compatible. however it may not be as pretty as you would like. you may have to set the radio on the dash and have wires all over the place but it will still work. i have looked into purchasing an hd radio and found that they get bad reception if the station is far away. i say just listen to the regular radio and if you want "CD qualitly sound" just put in a cd or plug in the mp3!
you ought to purchase a HD radio reciever that's like 199.ninety 9 at bestbuy then u set that up and u dont ought to pay for something....i heard its sparkling and each thing yet im purely no longer waiting to fork out 2 hundred bux in straightforward terms for clearer radio
