sure it is compatible. however it may not be as pretty as you would like. you may have to set the radio on the dash and have wires all over the place but it will still work. i have looked into purchasing an hd radio and found that they get bad reception if the station is far away. i say just listen to the regular radio and if you want "CD qualitly sound" just put in a cd or plug in the mp3!
