So, I play soccer and cross country so I need to eat healthy. The problem is right now I'm looking for something to eat and the only thing to eat in my house is pasta, but my coaches said not to eat too much pasta...so i was wondering is there a healthy way that I can make the pasta so that it's healthy? Like what should I put on it that would make it healthy? Thanks.

Fry an onion and some mushrooms, add a can of chopped tomatoes in juice, heat, add salt and pepper, mix with pasta. Simple and healthy (:

Alternatively just put some olive oil on it.
Pasta is actually quite healthy if you're active and exercise after. A lot of Olympic athletes eat it. You could eat wheat pasta with some chicken/veggies and a low fat dressing. Just keep the portions small and keep active(:
