I'm Italian and I live in Italy. In my school all sucks; the bathroom, the walls, there isn't the toilet paper, the soap....
And then....I must study more
For tomorrow, I can study 3 page of history and revise the 20 page for the last few because the professor questions me everything ( -.-) and then I can make 10 exercises with the summary of six pages and for and for the end I must make 2 exercises of Grammar
The homeworks are too many, I study all the afternoon ( 3 p.m. 7 p.m.) sometimes the professor question me History; I mix all because I study hard.
For the homework and many other things, I want to moved to New York or an other city of the United States.
how can I convince my parents? Also here there is not even work

Are you suggesting that in American cities there is no homework, that the quality of the school may be better, or that work will be easier? Because that's not necessarily true... America isn't all it's cracked up to be.
If you're still a student, I'm not really sure how you're planning on convincing your parents to let you go, or what your plan would even be for something like that.
