Help fix SNES Black Screen Problem?

What I have done:

-Blown in game cartridge and console (yes I know that causes corrosion over LONG-term)

-Taken apart console and thoroughly cleaned with pressurized air

-Cleaned all contacts of pin connector using cleaning solution to remove corrosion

-Tried multiple games

-Cleaned Pins for games and even replaced some of the game cartridge batteries

-Replaced 1.5A picofuse (even though red light still came on)

-switched through multiple TV's using r/f switch (channel 3 & 4) and a/v cables (even used a/v cables which work with my N64 and r/f switch which works on my NES)

-I have all official Nintendo Licensed products (i.e. Power adapter, R/F Switch, A/V Cables, etc...)

-Unplugged/Plugged into multiple inputs of each TV (i.e. Video1, Video2, Component1, etc...)

Description of problem:

-Turn on console and black screen appears

-No sound or lines

-When reset button is pushed it looks like its going to work because the screen flashes but nothing happens afterwords.

-When I turn it back off, a green line appears briefly on screen before completely turning off

I have never had a problem before with this console and am at my wits end and cannot think of anything else that might be the problem other than needing an entirely new video component (av and rf) for my system. Thank you very much for your time and answers and hopefully someone can help!
