don't like my high school, despite the fact that it's full with disrupted students. I asked my councilor at parent teacher day, about transferring. Yet she didn't approve my invention but adjured it and "say i'll need to go to the specific school and ask if they got rooms". I was like " can you just type it in your computer or help me approve my reasons of transferring, check if they're got room? She then told me "im on my own". To my expectation it's like she doesn't want me to transfer and im not getting absolute help. What can i do about it? maybe call the DOE (Department of education) about this issue?

The simplest and most direct way of taking care of the situation is contacting the school you want to transfer to. If they can accommodate you, you'll be good to go. Always try to resolve issues at the lowest level. If you try to resolve the problem through DOE, you will have already graduated high school, college, and probably have your own kids in high school buy the time they act on your request!
