You should see a doctor. If it is worrying you that much, just get a full STD check. Make sure you get a blood test, because it will pick up herpes that are hidden at the time.
Did you know that 1 in every 4 people have herpes. I had a friend who caught it because her boyfriend had an invisible coldsore on his lip. After finding out, she was also suicidal. But it is just so silly! You probably don't have it, but to be sure, get checked. Even if you do have herpes, it's ok. You can live with it. Usually herpes only breaks out once every 2-3 years, and usually only happens when your immunity is down. The Docs will take good care of you. Also, herpes shouldn't affect your relationships. They don't need to know, nobody does, until they are close enough to be sexually active with you. Then, if they reject you after all of that, then they are just a shallow, immature fool.
If you do have herpes, you should contact the girl and tell her to get checked. Try and see if she lied to you, because if she lied and gave you herpes, you could actually sue her. :/
Now, with the suicidal thoughts... life is challenging. Don't drop out, my Dad did it not long ago. You will hurt your family beyond what you can imagine. My Dad leaving changed my life around, I even dropped out of Medical school, but I may go back next year.
You learn lessons and you are constantly challenged. Everything is a test, so go in... balls and all, and prove how strong you really are.
I have anxiety too, and I am suicidal as well, but I even know that life is precious and beautiful, and there are no problems that cannot be fixed. Suicide is a permanent solution for a temporary problem.
Have some faith in yourself, dude and be strong. We will all die someday, so why speed it up, especially over a few bumps that appear once in a long while.
Goodluck, and please take care. :)

Well first of all do not kill yourself because you may or may not have STDs. If you do have Sztzds someone is out there that will love you too much to push you away just because of STDs. I would recommend going to the doctor and explaining the situation. Then get checked out.
