How can I completley restart my windows vista?
I want to go back to as if it were new ( where you input user accounts. Everything). Its running far too slowly and this time I'll make sure no more stupid downloads. How do I do it?

Use your restoration discs that came with your computer. Make sure to back up any important files first.

Windows 7 Home Premium ... it's awesome.
You don't use windows vista under any circumstances. Period. End of discussion. Remove it and install Windows 7 or XP.
have a win 7 dvd instead of vista, and full format and reinstall your hard disk, remember win7 bcoz it is more faster.
