It is possible Exercise 3 hours a day and go on a diet shake diet, Also eat healthy afterwards because if you pig out all the weight will come back on.
Drink lots of water: carry a 24 oz. waterbottle and refill it 3-4 times per day..dude i started this and i automatically dropped 5 pounds (but it varies for a lot of people)
Eat breakfast (very important)
Eat smaller lunch
Eat salad for dinner
^^^ basically your eating more breakfast than lunch, more lunch than dinner; so, your making your food portions smaller by the end of the day. this is because you burn off a lot during the day so you need the energy so you eat a lot in the morning and burn it off by walking around, etc. and you dont wanna eat a lot for dinner because your just going to go to bed and its going to sit around while your sleeping and turn to fat, which you dont want to happen
Eat green smoothies if possible for lunches and/or breakfastes: They are smoothies containing only fruits and greens such as spinach, lettuce, kale, etc. (kale works really good) (No added sugars or yogurts or ice creams) you can buy it at a store too its in a bottle and the brand is Naked! looks gross but tastes great!!! and is super healthy for you! But if you do end up eating lots of smoothies, keep your jaw strenghtened with a handful of nuts every day or it could cause bad mouth and teeth problems
Eat dinner 5 hrs before you sleep
dont starve yourself because once you eat something it automatically turns to fat for storage because it thinks your not going to eat again. Also Its not healthy for you and if you wanna look beautiful when your older then i recommend not starivng yourself.
Sleep 8 hrs. per day (less sleep gains weight and so does more sleep)
Exersize: But keep in mind that muscle weighs hevier than fat...work on burning fat and not gaining muscle (unless you want to) but when you gain muscle your body looks toner and fit rather than models that you see on tv who are annorexic and all bony and flab
stay away from a lot of cheeses, sweets, deserts, etcc
Dont worry if you dont see quick changes (varies for different people) when you want to look beautiful it takes a lot of work and normally you dont loose 10 lbs fast..but you can try loosing 10 lbs visually by wearing clothes that make you look 10 lbs less...i know black makes you look leaner :D sorry hope this all helps
oh and i read somewhere that you can do target weight loss, where you wanna trim down your stomach flab or thigh fat...your body doesn't just target one area and be like, okay lets make like a slim jim....you have to work your whole body to see progress if ya know what i meann!!! :D sorry i dont even know if thats what you were doing OKAY!

I was a very happy person untill the county of san diego come in to my life....child suport....and they destroy all my life any way a few week ago i was so dipress that i was trying to comit suciede smoke me?????.for one hole week and from 240 lb i want all the way to 120...DONT EVER TRY THIS IS VERY DANGER...but now i my body feels good i can ware my old jeans from when i was teen stoner in the late 80 IN L.A....sice 29 BUT here is the bad????that think that i smoke is very danger and triki bucause is very adicttive i will never try it in my life my mind amost quit on me....GOOD LUCK TO YOU...AND DONT WORRY BE HAPPY;)[email protected]
Take of your clothes.......in front of me:)........try quick intense workouts (There is a name for this but I forgot it) Basically do any exercise as fast as you can for 1 minute. Do like 10-30 exercises and you have a have a good workout.....remember you have to do it as fast as you can. If you do it right your heart should be pumping really fast in less than 30 seconds......I remember now; it was called interval training or something.
