How can I lose 10 pounds? I'm a male 5' 6" 119 pounds but I want to lose 10 pounds. How many calories should I burn in a day? I used to be 143 but I slimmed down to 119. I can't seem to lose any more weight :L I eat healthy and run and walk three to four times a week.
