The only way to drop as much weight overnight, like you want to, would be to take a whole bunch of diretics and laxatives.
This wouldn't be real weight loss though. It would just dehydrate you. You would 'gain' it all back as soon as you ate or drank anything. And it wouldn't be a sustainable weight loss system.
Well first of all its unhealthy to lose that much weight everyday(unless you are quite a bit overweight,no offense to anyone). But you can lose weight by eating healthier ex. grilled chicken & fish are both great, low fat and high protein. But mainly instead of eating a few big meals a day, eat like six really small meals a day. Oh and exercise always helps(cardio). good luck
school starts in 19 days for me too and i have the same problem, i am not eating, it's hard to do in front of my family, so i just make it look like i'm eating all the time so that way when dinner and stuff comes around they believe that i am full, drink lots of water and days you feel lightheaded just eat half an apple. I know it's not the healthy way and everything, but it works.

thats not healthy. you cant lose 2 or 3 pounds a day . you can only lose like 3 pounds in 1 week.

not possible you have to eat well and exercise a lot and you will lose weight over time but what you are trying to do is impossible
