Hi, my name is Cruzer Ortega and i need some help, i'm 14 5ft7in tall and I weigh 145 pounds, i want to lose 15-20 pounds, but i thought the more healthy approach is 2 pounds a week, please help! I'd appreciate it

Diet: cut out most fatty foods and eat smaller meals. four small meals is better than three big meals. more vegetables to your diet. cut out all drinks and replace them with water.
Excercise: run a mile a day or at least thirty minutes of excersize. get more sleep and keep this up. if your committed it will work. do squats lunging running , mostly running.
