Hey I am 6'0 feet 190lbs I want to lose some lbs I really fat. I eat heathy no juck food or fast foods every day I eat like 1200 calories a day. I really don't do alot of exercise just walk & run some of the the 3 miles I do mon- Tru any good tips how to lose some pounds?

I can recommend u some exercises. If u have much fat in ur stomach, u just try to do sit ups or some exercises which exerts pressure on ur stomach part. If ur whole body is fat do some exercises which will exert pressure on ur whole body. Some such exercises are swimming, running etc.
If u have much fat in ur thighs, better try to do push ups or some other exercises which exerts pressure on ur thigh part.
Some exercises:
1. Keep ur hand on a strong and firm surface and try to lift your body. Whole suppor should be given buy ur arm
2. Hand ur legs somewhere firm and do sit ups
3. Lie on the floor, keep ur hand on the floor with ur fist open. Then try to move ur whole body (front and back) only by using ur hand.
Walking and running is great. Any activity to keep your heart rate elevated for a period of time, help with burning calories. Exercise is vital, but remember to switch up your activities. If you do the same thing all of the time, your body gets so used to it and weight loss either slows or stops. Make sure that you continue to eat healthy, and get enough rest. Being tired all of the time can slow metabolism. Good Luck!
Eat smart, keep junk in moderation and do light exersises if you aren't used to it. Walking, jogging etc. Swimming is also good as it helps tone you. If you have a wii even 20mins a day on the wii fit or dancing games can make a big difference.
