I'd like advice on a meal plan and a workout plan.
Take in mind that I'm currenty in college and living on my own so i cant afford the gym etc at the moment. My problem areas are my tummy, upper arms and thighs. Theres a 1km track near me so i can go walking but im not sure how long i should do it for or when i should gradually build it up.
Im not a fussy eater so any veg or whatever else is fine with me as long as its more commonly found in a supermarket.
So yeah, what should i be eating? (I want to stay away from carbs
) and what is the best exercise i can do?

You should do a lot of cardiovascular exercises. I recommend you run 20 min everyday.
Going on a vegan diet would also help. It's not a guaranteed that you'll be losing 3 pounds every week but it will def help. Truly if you want results and you want them fast, start running miles and doing labor Intensive work outs.
