Well, yes, you can lose 35 Lb. in 4 months, but it is borderline crash diet.
that's about 2 Lb. a week.
Losing one pound a week is easy. just drop and/or burn an extra 500 calories a day.
But 2 Lb a week is 1000 calories a day.
[one pound is 3500 calories]
I'm concerned that a crash diet will give you a rebound effect of gaining even more after summer.
So, I'd shoot for a jog or walk in the morning before breakfast, this burns more fat.
then a BIG healthy breakfast. lots of fiber, fruit, nuts (I don't buy branded cereals, I make my own)
Rolled Oats, Blueberries, banana, strawberries, adding kelp for minerals, nutritional yeast for b vitamins, no salt or sugar.
Then a good sized healthy Lunch, no fast food or soda's ever.
Just have a snack for dinner, apple, small sandwich...
Weight training 2 or not more than 3 times a week.
Have fun and don't beat yourself up, or overdue it. :)
I lost 30lbs, my diet plan was like this
breakfast: 30g oats with skimmed milk microwaved for 2-3 mins, add a small bit chocolate syrup or strawberry syrup to give it some taste. Or weigh 30g of cheerios and have it with skimmed milk
lunch: fruit salad which consisted of half a small banana, 1 kiwi, pineapple (3 slices), orange, strawberries, grape, apples (all chopped up in proportion)
dinner: 1 TIN OF TUNA WITH 1 SMALL SPOON OF LOW FAT MAYONNAISE, CORN, LETTUCE, TOMATOES, CUCUMBER, SPRING ONION, LEMON, 1 BOILED EGG, 1 SLICE OF HAM, 1 SMALL BEETROOT or STEAMED VEG (BROCCOLI, CARROTS, BRUSSEL SPROUTS ECT) WITH SWEET POTATOES (MASHED) AND A SKINLESS WHITE CHICKEN BREAST COVERED IN GARLIC POWDER, LEMON JUICE, PARSLEY, PEPPER AND SEA SALT.
snack: I blend 1 cartoon of vita coco coconut water with blueberries, blackberries, orange apple juice and orange juice, and 3 ice cubes - its so tasty and refreshing! or have some light cream cheese (I love philadelphia with chives) on two crackers. Also chewing sugar free gum is good to my favorite is wrigleys.
Also remember to drink 1 or 2 litres of water daily, I usually fill up empty coca cola bottles with water and freeze it, and then carry it around with me all day and keep drinking it, a lot of times our bodies mistake dehydration for hunger, then once you drink a big mouth full of water the hunger dissapears.
Your body needs water and fluids to flush out and detox your insides. Drink loads of spearmint tea, oolong tea, green tea, they are great for you to cleanse your insides! Also having an orange before bed is a great laxative to clean out your insides also.
I ran for half an hour 4 days a week on my cross trainer and my treadmill
Tips that help me:
I advise you to drink green tea 1-3 glasses per day is enough for you're age.. green tea speeds up your metabolism
drink lots and lots of water 8 glasses each day.
do not snack
do not eat 6 meals a day, try to only eat 3
if you are really hungry and you've had all your daily meals snack on fruits ( oranges, apples, bananas )
exercise more try and run for at least 30 minutes a day
get more active eg: instead of asking your mom to pass you the remote control get it your self it does count as extra exercise
try and cut out all carbs, replace them with just veg, sweet potatoes or just brown pasta, and brown rice!
get more sleep it prepares your body
stretch, yes it works and it doesn't just help you lose weight it helps with your posture
count your calories try to stay under the amount of 1000 calories per day
change you're lifestyle it makes a difference
do not eat candy or chips eat more greens or protein bars
avoid fast food and cut out fried food tell you're mom when she cooks you're meal to oven cook you're food do not fry it
chew gum because when you chew gum you do not pick at food for example if theres some chips in you're cupboard you go to them a think good damn they look good then you would say no i cant pick at them because i dont wanna throw my gum away
do not eat after 6pm because before 6pm you can burn all you're food off and if you eat after six it will lay on you're stomach as you eat.
do not eat before you go to sleep
drink a glass of water before you go to sleep
drink plain hot kettle water because it speeds up you're metabolism
do not weigh you're self everyday because it torments you, weight you're self once a week ( every Monday )
